The AOD 40 AERIX is a high-capacity air-operated diaphragm pump engineered for demanding industrial environments. It delivers reliable, high-flow performance for applications such as chemical transfer, pharmaceutical processing, effluent treatment, paint and ink handling, and general industrial fluid movement. Built for durability and corrosion resistance, it ensures long service life even when handling aggressive, viscous, or abrasive media.
This model is available in both metallic and non-metallic constructions to meet a wide range of chemical compatibility needs. The non-metallic PP (Polypropylene) body is offered with diaphragm and NRV/ball options in TT, NN, and NT combinations. The metallic variants include SS (Stainless Steel) with TT and NT combinations, and ATT (Aluminium Teflon-Coated) with TT, BB, NN, and NT combinations. Each configuration ensures efficient compatibility between the pump body, diaphragm (T), and ball/NRV (T), providing safe and optimized performance across diverse industrial fluids.
