High Capacity Industrial Pump
The AOD 300 PF is a compact, high-efficiency 1" air-operated diaphragm pump engineered for reliable performance in continuous industrial operations. It is ideal for chemical dosing, effluent handling, laboratory and pilot-scale processing, paint and ink transfer, and general fluid movement across various industries. Built for durability and chemical resistance, it ensures long service life even when handling corrosive, abrasive, viscous, or particulate-laden media.
This model is available in both metallic and non-metallic constructions, allowing users to select the optimal configuration for their chemical compatibility needs. The **Non-Metallic (PP)** variant offers diaphragm and NRV/ball combinations in **TT, NN, and NT**, ensuring excellent resistance to aggressive chemicals. The **Metallic variants** include **Stainless Steel (SS)** and **Aluminium Teflon-Coated (ATT)** options, with available combinations such as **TT, BB, NN, and NT**—providing enhanced durability and compatibility for challenging industrial fluids.
The AOD 300 PF features strong self-priming performance, dry-run capability, smooth flow delivery, and low-maintenance operation. These characteristics make it one of the most dependable and versatile 1" AODD pumps for both metallic and non-metallic applications.
