High Capacity Industrial Pump
The AOD 400 PF is a high-performance 1½" air-operated diaphragm pump designed for demanding industrial processes requiring consistent flow, chemical compatibility, and reliable long-term operation. It is ideal for chemical transfer, effluent treatment, wastewater handling, paints and inks, pharmaceutical and cosmetic processing, and general industrial fluid movement. Engineered for durability, it performs efficiently even when handling corrosive, abrasive, viscous, or particulate-rich media.
This model is available in both metallic and non-metallic constructions, allowing users to choose the best option based on chemical compatibility and application requirements. The Non-Metallic (PP) variant is offered with diaphragm and NRV/ball combinations in TT, NN, and NT, providing excellent resistance to aggressive chemicals. The Metallic variants, available in Stainless Steel (SS) and Aluminium Teflon-Coated (ATT), come with TT, BB, NN, and NT configurations—delivering superior durability and performance for tough industrial fluids.
The AOD 400 PF offers excellent self-priming capability, dry-run tolerance, smooth and consistent discharge flow, and low-maintenance operation.
