High Capacity Industrial Pump
The AOD 800 PF is a heavy-duty, high-capacity air-operated diaphragm pump designed to meet the demands of large-scale industrial operations. It delivers strong and reliable flow for applications such as chemical transfer, wastewater and effluent handling, slurry transfer, paint and ink processing, bulk fluid movement, and other high-volume fluid handling tasks. Engineered for rugged performance, the AOD 800 PF handles aggressive, viscous, abrasive, or particulate-laden media with consistent efficiency and long operational life.
This model is available in both metallic and non-metallic constructions, giving users flexibility to choose the best configuration for their process needs. The Non-Metallic (PP) variant offers diaphragm and NRV/ball combinations in TT, NN, and NT, providing excellent chemical resistance for corrosive or reactive fluids. The Metallic variants, in Stainless Steel (SS) or Aluminium Teflon-Coated (ATT), are available with diaphragm and ball/NRV configurations in TT, BB, NN, and NT, delivering robust performance and durability in demanding industrial environments.
The AOD 800 PF features strong self-priming capability, high discharge flow, dry-run tolerance, smooth and consistent fluid delivery, and low-maintenance operation—making it a powerful, flexible, and dependable AODD pump suitable for a wide array of industrial fluid handling applications.
