The AOD 40 PF is a high-performance 1½” (40 mm) air-operated double diaphragm pump engineered for demanding industrial fluid transfer. With a durable body available in PP, PVDF, and ETFE, it ensures exceptional resistance to corrosive chemicals. The pump features versatile elastomer options including PTFE, Santoprene, Viton®, Neoprene and EPDM, enabling compatibility across a wide variety of process fluids.
It delivers a maximum flow rate of 379 LPM and handles solids up to 4.8 mm, making it suitable for abrasive slurries and viscous products. The AOD 40 PF offers reliable dry-suction capability and strong wet suction lift, making it ideal for transfer, unloading, and circulation applications. Its pneumatic operation ensures safe use in hazardous environments without electrical risk.
