Overview

PFA & FEP Lined Ball Check Valves are specifically engineered for highly corrosive and hazardous chemical applications where metal or rubber-lined valves are prone to damage. These valves operate automatically using a PTFE-lined ball that moves freely within the body, sealing against backflow when fluid stops or reverses direction.
The interior surfaces of the valve, including the ball and sealing area, are fully lined with PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) or FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene), both of which offer excellent chemical inertness and temperature tolerance. This construction prevents chemical attack, ensures zero contamination, and minimizes maintenance, even under continuous exposure to aggressive fluids.
Suitable for horizontal and vertical mounting (upward flow), these valves are ideal for chemical dosing systems, scrubbers, acid lines, and solvent transfer systems. They ensure leak-tight shutoff and smooth operation without mechanical parts like springs or hinges.
