Product Overview
PFA/FEP Lined Plug Valves are specially engineered to provide tight shut-off in highly corrosive and toxic fluid applications. The valve body is internally lined with PFA or FEP fluoropolymer, offering excellent chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, and solvents. The plug is fully encapsulated with PTFE or FEP to ensure zero metal contact with the process fluid.
These valves feature a simple quarter-turn operation, low torque, and bubble-tight sealing. Their compact design and maintenance-free operation make them ideal for corrosive service conditions in chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, and wastewater industries.
Available in two-way and multi-port designs, they can be operated manually or with actuators
