High Capacity Industrial Pump
The AOD 50 PF is a high-capacity 2" air-operated diaphragm pump engineered for heavy-duty and continuous industrial operations. It delivers powerful flow performance for applications such as chemical transfer, effluent handling, pharmaceutical processing, paint and ink movement, and general industrial fluid transfer. Designed for durability and corrosion resistance, it ensures long service life even when pumping aggressive, viscous, abrasive, or particulate-laden media.
This model is available in both metallic and non-metallic constructions to suit a wide range of chemical compatibility requirements. The non-metallic PP (Polypropylene) variant is offered with diaphragm and NRV/ball combinations in TT, NN, and NT. The metallic options include SS (Stainless Steel) with TT and NT combinations, and ATT (Aluminium Teflon-Coated) with TT, BB, NN, and NT combinations. Each configuration ensures optimal compatibility between the pump body, diaphragm (T), and ball/NRV (T), providing safe and efficient performance across diverse industrial fluids.
The AOD 50 PF offers a low-maintenance design, superior self-priming capability, dry-run tolerance, and safe operation in hazardous or flammable environments—making it one of the most robust and versatile pumps in its class for 2" AODD applications.
