Overview
The AFP Series Internal Gear Pump by Sando Rotary Equipments is engineered for demanding industrial fuel and lubrication applications. Manufactured from graded cast iron construction with precision internal gears, the pump ensures long service life, smooth operation, and accurate flow delivery.
The pump is flange-mounted and equipped with an inbuilt pressure relief valve along with an external bypass arrangement for enhanced operational safety and pressure control. Mechanical seal arrangement minimizes leakage at high pressure conditions, making it suitable for continuous-duty industrial environments.
AFP Series pumps are self-priming and capable of generating high vacuum suction, providing superior suction lift compared to conventional external gear pumps. The pump can handle liquids up to 500 cSt viscosity and temperatures up to 200°C. Rotation direction can be configured clockwise or anti-clockwise as required.
These pumps are ideal for clear and non-corrosive liquids such as LDO, FO, and LSHS, and are widely used in boiler systems, burners, lubrication systems, diesel locomotive booster systems, filtration systems, and machine tools.
