The SD/SG Series Helical Gear Pump is specially engineered for handling high-viscosity liquids in industrial applications. The pump utilizes precision-machined single helical gears that ensure continuous, low-noise, and vibration-free fluid transfer. Its rugged construction with hardened and ground shafts offers long service life and reliable performance under demanding operating conditions.
The pump is suitable for transferring oils, lubricants, petroleum products, molasses, syrups, chemicals, and other viscous fluids. Standard models can operate at temperatures up to 80°C, while specially modified versions are available for high-temperature applications up to 200°C, as well as vacuum and molasses handling applications.
Available in multiple sizes from ½” to 3”, the SD/SG Series delivers flow rates ranging from 20 LPM to 500 LPM. The pump is compact, energy-efficient, and easy to maintain, making it ideal for continuous-duty industrial operations.
